Reason Concept Film 2: Monsta X Owns Up to Its Fiery Avatar in Red

Monsta X members own the colour red in their latest teaser, Reason Concept Film 2 to hand out a taste of what’s to come with their upcoming January comeback. The South Korean music act’s official pages on both Twitter and Instagram posted the new, also the second concept film trailer in addition to the group under Starship Entertainment leaving an update for the same on YouTube as well.

Solo sneak peeks for each of the five members, – Minhyuk, Kihyun, Hyungwon, Joohoney and I.M (or Changkyun), (while the sixth aka the oldest member and also the leader of the group, Shownu is completing his mandatory military service) – were also left behind for the fans to catch a glimpse of their favourite artists, all of which were also collectively featured in the overall concept film visual too.

On December 25, 2022, i.e. yesterday, photos of them sporting chic black leather outfits were posted on the band’s social media platforms. In stark contrast with the previous dark, yet controlled charm, today’s films have released a red and fiery concept adopted by the members for the second version of the forthcoming physical album.

While in addition to the group and solo snaps, yesterday we also caught the members posing together in two units, each having three members. However, since we were graced with videos instead of photos today, only visions of them standing tall all the five-member united front or solo glimpses were put out.

In all of these videos, the members are burning bright as a foreboding tune rings in the background. The youngest member, I.M, is the first one to set the fire alight, while others join him and take turns to pace through the curtained corridor in red suits. Fiery sparks fly as various props are lit up. The torn-up curtains and the smoke finally brush aside to let the group have a stellar moment before the screens is set ablaze and the video fade out to display the Reason logo. Check out the six teasers released today on kpop band’s Instagram profile.
