The three minutes forty-eight seconds long music video opens with Jin-ah sleeping on the bed when she suddenly wakes up, confused about her whereabouts. She walks outside the room and runs through the corridors to escape from the house, but she ends up in the exact place she started from. It is a metaphor for how she is stuck in the same place in life, unable to move forward.

Finally, she accepts and embraces her true self, which sets her free. She runs through the snowy fields and the forest, appreciating her freedom and breaking off the shackles built by her own insecurities. She looks back at her old self one last time and moves on from the life that pushed her down.
Jin-ah shows off her incredible vocal capabilities accompanied by a spectacular full-band sound. The bridge of the song is the most beautiful part, where she attempts and successfully delivers the high notes. The artist also displays her impressive talent in the b-sides songs. Ranging across various genres, the titles are: Nighttide, These Days, As I Dream, and Butterfly.
