Physical 100 Episodes 7 and 8 Release Date and Time
The reality game show premiered on January 24, 2023, and the last episode will air on February 21, 2023. Episodes 7 and 8 will be released on February 14, 2023, at 1.30 pm IST / 3 am ET.
Physical 100 Episode 7 Prediction‘
In the upcoming 7th episode, we will see the following two teams’ performance in the third quest. There are chances of the episode ending with a cliffhanger, leaving us to wonder about the result of Quest 3 which might be shown in the 8th episode. There are also chances of the winning team being announced in the 7th episode itself so that the 8th and the future 9th episode will have the final match.

As said, the previous quest 3’s winners might be announced in this episode, or it can directly lead us to the final match where the contestants will individually fight to claim the title. Physical 100 Episode 5 Recap
In episode 5, Jang Eun-sil’s team wins the first match. Then the other teams also fight against one another, making only one team to move ahead in each battle. Once the 25 participants are selected, they’re given some resting time to participate in a warm-up challenge. Then, the third quest is announced. But before that, an announcement is made that 5 wild card entries will be joining them.
Physical 100 Episode 6 Recap
The five wild card entries are introduced to the viewers and the contestants. Then the wild card match scenes are also shown. All the eliminated contestants are asked to keep their torso sculptures high up in the air with the help of a rope. The remaining five in that match are selected to enter back into the show. Once the five are chosen, the overall contestants count increases to 30. Once again, they are asked to form a team with 10 members to move on to the third quest.
The third quest includes a ship that needs to be pulled by the members. The match requires extreme strength. The first team, Choo Sung-hoon’s, did an excellent job. Yun Sung-bin’s team entered the arena after the first team’s match. However, their result will be known only in the upcoming 7th episode.
