The trailer also features a stellar star cast of Deepika Padukone, John Abraham, Dimple Kapadia, and Ashutosh Rana playing pivotal roles in this Siddharth Anand directorial. The trailer of the film starts with a blazing action sequence introducing the antagonist of the film (John Abraham), who plays the head of a terror group in the film that operates independently. Moreover, the official clip also clears his intention of causing harm to the interests of the nation, by planning a widespread bombing.

Even though the intelligence agency perceives the news of the attack, they still need to find a perfect adversary to neutralize the threat. They require someone, who can put himself on the line and safeguard the peace of his nation. Thereby leading to a single name of trust and pride- Pathaan (Shah Rukh Khan).

The trailer recognizes Pathaan as a spy who was supposedly on a hiatus, and someone who has already pulled off the impossible in the past. Now, after years of his alleged retirement, the seasoned spy with an unmatchable patriotic spirit has been called again to mimic the heroics of his previous missions.

Furthermore, this time around, the spy is not alone in the process. He is aided by the character of Deepika Padukone, who also plays the role of an action-oriented secret agent in the film. Even though there are a lot of layers left to be uncovered around her role, the breathtaking machine gun sequence is enough to raise the stakes.

All in all, the trailer of Pathaan carries all the elements of a gritty, raw, and robust action thriller, that promises to be an adrenaline-pumped roller coaster ride.
