Shah Rukh Khan is back in action again as Yash Raj Films has dropped the Pathaan announcement video. Fans have been waiting for 2 years for the superstar and the production house to share something on the film. But no one ever confirmed anything. Well, the long wait is now over as SRK fans will soon get to see their favourite superstar on the big screen after a long wait.
The announcement video also features John Abraham and Deepika Padukone. Shah Rukh Khan has sported his long hair look. We don’t see him clearly. But his silhouette is enough to get us all excited.
The video starts with John Abraham saying, “Hamare desh mein hum naam rakhte hai hamare dharm ya jaati se. Par uske paas inme se kuch nahi tha.” Deepika Padukone says, “Yaha tak ki uske paas koi naam rakhne wala bhi nahi tha. Agar Kuch tha, toh bas yahi ek desh – India.”
Then we hear SRK’s voice saying, “Toh usne apne desh ko hi apna dharam maan liya aur desh ki raksha ko apna karm. Aur jinka naam nahi hota, unka naamkaran unke saathi karte the. Aur yeh naam kyu pada, kaise pada, iske liye thoda sa intezaar kijiye. Jaldi milte hai. Pathaan se.”
SRK shared the promo on his Twitter and wrote, “I know it’s late… But remember the date… Pathaan time starts now… See you in cinemas on 25th January, 2023. Releasing in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Celebrate #Pathaan with #YRF50 only at a big screen near you.”

The film is directed by Siddharth Anand. Salman Khan is going to have a special appearance in it. Shah Rukh fans will see their favourite superstar on the big screen after more than 4 years. The actor was last seen in Aanand L Rai’s Zero (2018) alongside Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma.
