In a gripping tale, humanity faces a deadly invasion from parasitic creatures descending from the cosmos. At the heart of the narrative is Jung Soo-in, whose life takes a terrifying turn when she becomes a host to one of these extraterrestrial parasites. However, to the surprise of both Soo-in and the parasite, their symbiotic relationship takes an unexpected twist as the creature fails to subjugate her consciousness.

Meanwhile, Seol Kang-woo embarks on a desperate quest to rescue his sister, who has fallen victim to the parasitic menace. His journey leads him into the depths of danger as he confronts the horrors unleashed by the invasive creatures. Amidst the chaos, Choi Jun-kyung emerges as a beacon of hope, leading the charge against the parasitic invaders as the head of the specialized task force known as ‘The Grey’. Fueled by personal tragedy, Jun-kyung’s relentless pursuit of the parasites becomes her sole purpose in life, driven by the memory of her lost husband.
