MY3 Ending Explained: The Indian adaptation of the hit Korean drama I Am Not a Robot, this web series is directed by M Rajesh. The web series stars Hansika Motwani, Mugen Rao, Shantanu Bharadwaj, Janani Iyer, Anish Kuruvilla, Subbu Panchu Arunachalam, and VJ Parvathy alongside other cast members.
The plot of MY3 revolves around a rich entrepreneur with a special condition that has him living an isolated life. However, the arrival of a humanoid robot MY3 changes his life forever, but there are some secrets that can make this meet into something else.
MY3 Ending Explained
The final episode of MY3 brings the heartbroken Aditya to a few days after the incident planned by Ilyas where he had to say goodbye to his robot. Aditya is now asked to go on a trip to Goa by his doctor so that he can divert his mind from the incident, however, everything changes when he sees Mythiri at the airport.
Thinking that this is a surprise from Ilyas, he calls him up and finds out that the person in front of him is the model based on whom the robot was built. However, Ilyas lies to Aditya again by telling him that she is a model named Preethi who lives in another city. Following this, Ilyas calls Mythiri and tells her about the identity he has created for her and asks her to stay away from Aditya.
Mythiri too wants to stay away from Aditya, fearing that he might find out the truth if they contact each other. Unfortunately, Aditya has found new hope in “Preethi” and refuses to let go of her. He changes his flight and follows Mythiri but upon exiting the destination airport, he snatches her boarding pass and sees another name.
Her name Mythiri shocks Aditya as it sounds similar to MY3 and he decides to follow her, only to end up in an IT park. There he blocks her way and during their push-and-pull, the necklace he had given to the robot is found on her neck. This shocks Aditya and Mythiri has no other option but to reveal the whole truth to Aditya.
This betrayal has Aditya go into shock as his allergy returns with more intensity than ever. Mythiri rushes him to a hospital and tells the doctors about his condition only to soon find out that he is in critical condition. She gives them the contact information of Aditya’s doctor while Ilyas and Keerthana rush up to the hospital.
However, Mythiri is worried about Aditya and tells them that he has been in the same condition for 8 hours and is still in a critical situation. Mythiri gets emotional and blames Ilyas for this and the two get into an argument and old topics resurface again. Keerthana separates the two and makes Ilyas understand Mythiri’s situation and the three soon meet with the doctor.
The doctor brings Aditya’s doctor on call and the group discusses his condition. The doctor tells them that only a miracle can save Aditya at this point, and while her plan may seem silly it may work. She tells them about Aditya’s obsession with the robot MY3 and if Mythiri acts as the robot and presents herself to Aditya then there may be hope to save him.
With no other choice in front of her, Mythiri does as asked and appears in front of Aditya as MY3 which makes him think that Ilyas has fixed MY3. However, upon seeing the rashes disappear, Mythiri tells him that she is not a robot and also confesses her love to him. Aditya is shocked by this, but he chooses to forgive Mythiri and accept her.

He then sees a red spot on her wrist and thinks that she may have gotten the allergy, but she laughs it off and tells him how Arjun had attacked her thinking that she is the robot. Elsewhere, Arjun and his father are sent to prison after their schemes and wrongdoings are revealed with Tara’s help.
Soon, Aditya, Mythiri, Ilyas and everyone on the team come together and move on from the past while looking forward to a brighter future and more robots.
Will there be a MY3 Season 2?
While this adaptation has tried to follow the original to the best possible, there are differences between the two shows which can give way to another season of the show. The new season may have a more robotic adventure, however, there is no doubt that it will be a more original story as the Korean version ends with a happy ending for all.
However, it will not be easy to give this show a sequel and no announcement of the same has been made. So until any news pops up, there is nothing known about a season 2.
