My Hero Academia Season 6 Episode 1 Preview: When, Where and How to Watch!

My Hero Academia Season 6 Episode 1 is the first episode of the newest season of the series, which is an action-adventure superhero anime directed by Masahiro Mukai and Kenji Nagasaki and is based on an original manga written by Mangaka Kohei Horikoshi.

The series is based in a world where most people have super-powered abilities known as “quirks”, and the society has moulded itself around their existence and uses. Supervillains emerged almost as soon as superpowers did, and it was up to society as a whole to respond to power with power in the form of heroes. My Hero Academia is the tale of a quirk-less boy who became the greatest Hero of them all.

Season 6 of the highly popular series follows Izuku Midoriya, Katsuki Bakugou, and Shoto Todoroki, alongside several licensed superheroes, go up against the combined forces of the League of Villains and the Meta Liberation Army, headed by the protege of All For One, Tomura Shigaraki.

My Hero Academia Season 6 Episode 1 Plot

As has been the tradition for the show, the first episode of the latest season will probably be a filler episode meant to reintroduce the world to the characters alongside setting the tone for the rest of the season. With the My Villain Academia series of episodes over, the show is expected to go through a tone shift and feature darker storylines than it has ever had. The first episode might be able to do that even with the filler restrictions in place, although it would be much better if we got a canon episode and this season was given more time to develop.

My Hero Academia Season 6 Episode 1 Characters

All of the cast is expected to return this season, including the entirety of Class 1-A, other students of UA High, licensed Heroes including  Endeavor, Falcon, Best Jeanist, and more. Izuku Midoriya, Katsuki Bakugou, and Shoto Todoroki are expected to play the most important roles, as the series seems to have shifted its stance on Deku being the sole lead to featuring the trio as equally important.
