My Happy Marriage Plot

Miyo Saimori was the sad offspring of a stale, forced union. After her mother passed away, her father took in Kaya, her own daughter, as well as his lover. Miyo’s life was reduced to that of a simple servant by her abusive stepmother. Moreover, Miyo did not possess any supernatural ability, which made her the worthless daughter.

After many years of suffering, she finally comes to a marriageable age; however, her life would not be as blissful as she expected. It is, therefore, not surprising that she has been set up to marry Kiyoka Kudou, a military captain who is said to be so nasty that he has already turned away all of his potential wives. The news spreads out throughout the entire village and causes a commotion leading to the uprising of numerous rumours.

Miyo accepts her fate and brings herself to serve her ruthless husband, awaiting yet another painful experience. But the commander turned out to be a rather kind person and treats her with kindness. It will be interesting to witness how the story unfolds and if Miyo will receive her happy ending.
