My Happy Marriage Episode 3 Reactions: Kiyoka’s Care For Miyo Makes Fans Lose Their Cool

My Happy Marriage Episode 3 Reactions from fans is a sight to behold as everyone is praising Kudo’s adorable actions towards Miyo. The third episode premiered on July 19, 2023, on Netflix. My Happy Marriage (My Blissful Marriage) or Watashi no Shiawase na Kekkon (わたしの幸せな結婚) is an upcoming anime series which will be premiering on Netflix. Based on the light novel of the same name written by Akumi Agitogi and illustrated by Tsukiho Tsukioka, it also has a manga adaptation illustrated by Rito Kohsaka.

The anime series is directed by Takehiro Kubota under Kinema Citrus Studios. Ami Satō, Takahito Ōnishi and Momoka Toyoda are credited as the writers, and Evan Call gives the music. Licensed under Netflix, the series is scheduled to run for 13 episodes. The opening theme song is Anata no Soba ni (貴方の側に。, “By Your Side”) by Riria and the ending theme song, Vita Philosophica (ヰタ・フィロソフィカ), is performed by Kashitarō Itō.

The plot of the show is set in the early fictional years of Japan, where possessing supernatural powers holds the utmost form of respect. However, Miyo, following the death of her mother, leads a rather miserable life with her stepmother and stepsister. As she possesses no power, she is deemed as a useless member of the household, and everyone in the family devalues her. She is married off to a ruthless commander named Kudou, and her life completely changes since then.

In the second episode of the series, Miyo and Kiyo grow closer in their relationship. After seeing Miyo cry when Kiyoka complimented her cooking skills, he realised that she has not been treated fairly by her family members. He tries to look more into her life so that he finds out more about her humble beginnings.

As usual, fans took to Twitter to dissect and discuss about the latest episode’s plot. Everyone is pleased with how Kudo helped out Miyo in gaining back her self-esteem. He constantly reminded her of her worth and how valuable she is to the people. The beautiful animation is another added aspect of why fans love the series so much.
