We are almost at the end of the stunning Peacock series, so it only makes sense that we would jot down everything we think would happen in the Mrs Davis finale predictions. Starring Betty Gilpin, Jake McDorman, Andy McQueen, Chris Diamantopoulos, Elizabeth Marvel, Tom Wlaschiha, Katja Herbers, Ely Henry, Jack Foley, Ben Chaplin, Sam Meader and Raphael Corkhill, alongside other cast members.
This show is a new absurdist comedy from Peacock following a world where an algorithm is a widely beloved source of emotional support, but Simone, a nun, works to bring it down.
Mrs Davis Finale Predictions
Wiley’s Death
From the end of the last episode, we see that Wiley has been going to the big pyramid to relinquish his body to the AI. While this would be quite the depressing end to the character, it is perhaps something more than just giving up. Throughout the episodes, we have seen that Wiley always has something up his sleeve. The AI may have predicted his response to blowing up the Resistance’s headquarters but would not be able to do it for this one. Additionally, we never see what Simone had planned for him after she left him stranded on the bench.
Additionally, it seems just the kind of thing Simone would have planned, some kind of magician’s brain. Keeping the AI distracted while she figures out how to work this sitch she has been stuck in. Wiley also could have been a potential candidate for the grail thing, but his reluctance is probably an important bump in the road for the rest of them to figure out how to outsmart the algorithm.

Destroying the Grail
Simone has got the grail in her hands now, and her mother thinks she’s dead. This is the best opportunity Simone has got to operate outside of the law. But not for long because the AI has finally caught on, and she is not letting the nun go. She has an idea of how to destroy the grail or at least a faint one. It is quite surprising that the algorithm is completely okay with dying, knowing that Simone would figure out how to destroy the grail.
But when we see that her dad, Montogomery is still alive, there is no more motivation anymore, except for, of course, Mother Mary’s big monologue. This also raises the question of whether Jay might come back in the next episode. All Simone has to do is drink from the grail, which will be destroyed (terms and conditions apply). Emotional blackmail will likely cause Jay to leave this mid-point where people can access him, and will the algorithm become the pinnacle of omniscience and omnipotence? This we will be able to see in the next point.

AI Takeovers
The AI hasn’t been named fully just yet by any of the characters, which is a great way to say that her presence is so pervasive that even without naming her, we know exactly who is being talked about. Now that Jay’s authority has been undermined by Simone going on this quest for revenge, it seems that AI will become the ultimate party to all the power in the world. It has the same goals as the ones religious messiahs seem to have.
Moreover, we still don’t know who created this algorithm and who is the reason for this long-drawn plan involving multiple people and specifically Simone, at all turns. It is possible that Simone’s mother was working on this the whole time, and that is what almost got her killed in the first place. The project inside the cabinet was the algorithm, and this algorithm is just a long-drawn way for her mother to apologise for that mistake.
Additionally, we keep hearing ‘Redirect, 1042, Sandy Springs’ from the AI, which is indicative that there is some human force behind it. There is only so much the algorithm can divulge before it needs to redirect its efforts. Obviously, there has to be some family connection with the algorithm. It is only confusing how the religious stuff comes into the family thing. Guess we can stay tuned to the next episode for that.
