Most recently, the YG Entertainment-managed group released their single and issued a MOVE challenge, where other K-Pop idols come and perform a part of the song as a way to market the single to as many people as possible. This specific song has been performed by the sub-unit of the group, T5. The sub-unit comprises Jihoon, Junkyu, Jaehyuk, Doyoung, and Junghwan. This is their first challenge video of the many that are sure to come through.

In this video, we see Lovelyz’s Mijoo and BTOB’s Eunkwang joining the first two members of the sub-unit mentioned above. They are first and foremost presented by the members of TREASURE T5. Before the dance challenge starts, we see the four of them gearing up for the brilliant chorus. Even though the dance is well-choreographed, the energy and skill that the two performers bring make this unofficial dance collaboration seem cooler than it is.
After the dance video is over, Mijoo is seen freestyling her way to the end of the video. They are all vibing to the music, but the female artist has been taken over by the vibes. She is seen twerking and moving in the way the music expects the audience to, and fans also pick up on that energy immediately. They saw the video and shared that the artist is too real for that performance in the end. Others have shared their excitement for this dance collaboration knowing that there will definitely be more videos like this. This song only came out two weeks ago, so there is an opportunity for the agency to pair them up with other singers.

The T5 debut track has charted at the top of iTunes in multiple countries. The band also released an announcement film yesterday announcing their second full album titled, Reboot. Originally debuting in 2020, this band consists of 10 members, including Choi Hyun-suk, Jihoon, Yoshi, Junkyu, Yoon Jae-hyuk, Asahi, Doyoung, Haruto, Park Jeong-woo, and So Jung-hwan. Their first album, titled The First Step: Treasure Effect, consisted of 10 songs and has since then garnered over 250 million streams total.
While they were originally 12 in the beginning, Mashiho and Bang Ye-dam are no longer part of the band anymore, after they quit in 2022. So far, the group hasn’t released any information regarding the number of songs or the kind of music this upcoming album will feature. However, it is certain that all the members will be performing the music, not just the sub-unit featured in their lead single. However, the video shows them all sharply dressed in suits, giving off an edgy feel with the monochrome background.
