The data is collected from January 1 to December 18, 2022.

This list consists only of the most popular English movies on the platform in 2022. Big Hollywood names are included, like Chris Evans, Kevin Hart, Adam Sandler, Ryan Reynolds, Ryan Gosling and more. Let’s run through the list of the biggest 2022 hits.

The Gray Man starring Chris Evans and Ryan Gosling tops the list by staying 6 weeks in the Global Top 10 list, followed by The Adam Project starring Ryan Reynolds, based on time travel. Purple Hearts takes the third spot, followed by Hustle in fourth and The Tinder Swindler in fifth, with 6-5 weeks in the top global list.

The animated movie The Sea Beast comes in sixth, and the second instalment of the spy movie starring Millie Bobby Brown and Henry Cavill Enola Holmes 2 takes the seventh spot in the list. Senior Year, The Man from Toronto and Day Shift takes the eighth, ninth and tenth spot, respectively.

Most Popular Films of 2022 on Netflix (Non-English)

Netflix is accessible not just to English speakers but to people worldwide who speak various languages. The following list consists of the most popular non-English movies on the platform. The Norwegian fantasy movie Troll takes first place by staying four weeks in the Global Top 10 List, followed by the German movie All Quiet on the Western Front. The third spot is taken by the Swedish movie Black Crab and the Spanish movie Through My Window comes in fourth place.

The French movie The Takedown takes the fifth spot, and the Danish movie Loving Adults comes in sixth place. Carter is a Korean movie that comes in seventh place, the Italian movie My Name is Vendetta takes the eighth spot, the French action movie Restless comes in ninth, and the Polish movie Furioza takes the tenth spot on the list.
