Mission Yozakura Family Episode 11 Recap

The episode kicks off with Taiyo training alongside older sister Futaba. Despite facing difficulties, Taiyo is determined to improve. After training, they return home to find Mutsumi reminiscing over an old family album. The Yozakura siblings have a tradition of taking a photo every time one of them passes the spy exam.

This leads to Futaba and Mutsumi realizing that Taiyo is unaware of what a spy license entails. They explain the significance of the spy organization and the benefits that come with obtaining a license. Earning a spy license provides numerous advantages, making it highly coveted. Taiyo, now a full-fledged spy, decides to pursue this goal. However, Kyoichiro imposes a strict ultimatum: Taiyo must pass the exam without fail, as tarnishing the Yozakura family name is unacceptable.

In a lighter subplot, we discover Futaba’s fear of ghosts. Despite her bravery against zombies, ghosts terrify her. This fear deepened after her mother’s death, making her more vulnerable. Fortunately, she finds solace in confiding this fear to Taiyo.

As the episode progresses, Taiyo attends the spy exam, which does not go as smoothly as planned. During the exam, he encounters various intriguing characters, including Hoshifuru, who flirts with everyone indiscriminately. The exam itself is filled with unexpected and humorous moments, making it a must-watch.
