One can call Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh the power couple in Bollywood. From doing movies together to walking on fashion ramps hand in hand, the celebrity couple seems to have done it all. Attending the Mijwan Fashion Show 2022 as the royal showstoppers, the duo flaunted their love and some glittery outfits at the event.
Hosted by the Mijwan Welfare Society, the fashion event for a cause saw many celebrities gracing the red carpet and the ramp. Gauri Khan, Karna Johar and actors such as Nora Fatehi, Vidya Balan and Dia Mirza were some of the attendees at the event. It was organised to celebrate the 10 years of Mijwan and was held in Mumbai. The event is organised by its founder, veteran actor, activist and politician Shabana Azmi. Irrespective of some acclaimed presence at the event, it was ‘ Deepveer’ that stole hearts and made us swoon over their romance and embellishing outfits.
To celebrate the eminent alliance of ten years at the Mijwan Fashion Show 2022, Deepika and Ranveer aced in their outfits by designer Manish Malhotra.

Deepika’s attire was a heavily embellished white lehenga filled with intricate embroidery. She paired it with a matching blouse with a plunging neckline and added a sense of drama by donning a cape around her shoulders. A queen of smokey eyes and nude lips, Deepika’s makeup was impactful and sultry. With an almost wet hair look, the actor kept her signature smokey eyes and winged it at the end with nude lips and flushed cheeks.
Ranveer’s look was complimentary to Deepika’s as he was a king in black. The actor wore a black sherwani flaunting some intricate white embroidery pairing it up with black pants. Ranveer’s makeup was minimalistic and real.
The couple is accessorized with some heavy stones. Ranveer’s diamond studs and Deepika’s stone-studded choker, earrings and finger ring were all that we needed to see. During the event, Singh did not miss a chance to flaunt his love for his wife as he showered her with kisses at the head ramp.
The celebrity power couple is set to rock the industry too with their upcoming projects. After Gehraiyaan, Deepika Padukone’s next include Pathaan alongside SRK and Project K with Amitabh Bachchan and Prabhas.
Currently, Ranveer Singh is filming for Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani with Alia Bhatt and Cirkus, which is a Rohit Shetty film that will also feature Deepika in a special appearance.
