Man on Pause Trailer Breakdown
The trailer starts off with a monologue from Yusuf, the main character of the series. He is introduced as a man in his late fifties, who is describing his biggest enemy.
Meanwhile, we can see a glimpse of his hair being dyed. And a sudden shift of scene, where Yusuf is looking at himself in the mirror

Yusuf then finally reveals the name of his biggest enemy, which is time itself. While the visuals of him riding a vespa-like vehicle occupies the background.

That is when a female character takes the center stage and starts a conversation with Yusuf. It can be interpreted that the character is Yusuf’s wife, who is afraid of some terrible things.
The trailer then shifts to Yusuf’s reasoning and how he came by his decision. The protagonist goes on a spree of dialogues and explains that something has always held back him in life. While his wife addresses him as a coward and states that “He’d have a heart attack“. To which Yusuf agrees, and responds that she knows him better.
After this exchange of to and fro conversation, the trailer depicts several montages of revelation. Followed by Yusuf and his execution of the grand plan.
Though we are spared the details in the short footage, we can see Yusuf’s friend advising him not to take the risky road. Nextly, the air of mystery deepens and more characters get introduced. Including Yusuf’s children and family friends.
There are a couple of scenes that indicate that whatever Yusuf is up to, will invite big trouble. One of his family friends takes his side, while the other certifies him as someone else.
