A man who can see the future with just a kiss? Yes, it is a great superpower and a unique plotline. The originality of the premise intrigued me, and the movie started off great until it lost its way. Javier is a man desperate to fall in love, but his power comes in the way every time. He breaks off a relationship even before anything goes wrong to save himself from the drama and heartbreak; however, his perspective completely changes after impulsively kissing his best friend’s girlfriend and seeing visions of spending his life with her.
The first half of the movie pans out incredibly well, as it gives us an adequate overview of the integral characters and their respective outlook on life and relationships. Javier particularly seemed distant from anyone around him and focused mainly on his publishing house, which he struggled to keep afloat. He constantly failed to connect with the current generation, due to which he suffered greatly.
Meanwhile, Lucia was his opposite; she enjoyed the small things and did not take life too seriously. The chemistry between the couple was seamlessly portrayed, positively impacting the story. A clear distinction could be seen between the two main relationships and the difference in how they evolved. Nevertheless, the two women had completely different personalities than Javier.

After a few minutes into the movie, it is not difficult to predict how the story will turn out to be. The premise was interesting, but the rest of the script could not hold up to it. The lead character becomes unlikeable at one point due to his indecisive behaviour. The subplots also failed to be fascinating enough for one to stay hooked. The story tried to have a deeper meaning, but often times it came off as shallow and superficial.
It followed the usual plot similar to many other movies and TV shows. The main theme surrounding the movie is how predictability often takes away the fun, resulting in a repetitive routine. Furthermore, the plot becomes stale and loses the element to keep it exciting. Frequently it feels like the storyline is going nowhere, and the ending goes flat.
Silvia Alonso stole the show with her incredible performance. Apart from her talent, her alluring presence will keep the audience coming back for more. Pilar Castro successfully stood out and utilised her limited screen time to the fullest.
