Love All Play, alternatively known as The Speed Going To You is 493 KM (너에게 가는 속도 493km) is a 2022 Korean Sports Rom-com directed by Jo Woong. In Love All Play Episode 14, we see Tae-jun getting discharged from the hospital with a strict warning from his doctor to not overwork himself. Ji-ho visits Tae-jun in the hospital right after he is discharged and he is stressed about Sung-sil, Tae-yang and Yu-ri going on a group date with soccer players. Tae-jun acts like he doesn’t care but Ji-ho goes and ruins their date purposely. Everyone on their team find out abut their relationship.
While Ji-ho defends himself, Tae-jun turns his back on him and Ji-ho exposes Tae-jun and Tae-yang’s relationship as well. Tae-jun couldn’t be bothered and left the group and Tae-yang leaves the room after getting annoyed. They couldn’t tell them that they have broken up hence they denied ever being in a relationship. For the coming days, their teammates kept on teasing them.

Jung-hwan has asked Yu-min out on a date and she comes dolled up for their first-ever date as a couple. However, Jung-hwan has plans very opposite to what Yu-min had thought about. He takes her to the shop to buy sports shoes for her. He wants to balance his work life and love life by working out in the gym together. Yu-min gets mad at him and their first date never happens.
Seung-woo, the seniormost player in the Yunis team knew what was coming for him. Coach Lee tells him that they won’t be renewing his contract and Seung-woo announce his retirement because he wants to leave badminton with applause which his juniors give him duly. He is going to take over his parents’ business but he only has one regret he never asked out Young-sim whom he liked for many years.
Love All Play Episode 14 Ending
Tae-yang’s father meets Jun-young accidentally and apologizes to her. He tells her that Tae-yang is also suffering because he never appreciated her and gave her a burden to always do well. Jun-young feels bad for Tae-yang because she used to be the same, always wanting to do her best and suffering because of it. She meets Tae-yang and ends their long fight to become friends again.
Tae-jun doesn’t have a partner to play with him in doubles and he gets his answers to why from Jung-hwan and Ji-ho. Tae-yang had asked them to not be his partner because of his injury. Tae-jun calls Tae-yang to meet him late at night and tells her that she has blocked his way. He asks her to be his partner as Jun-young told him that they are friends again.

In Love All Play Episode 14, we see how short and sensitive an athlete’s career is. Many athletes retire at an early age either because of the injury or because their body doesn’t stay in a good shape. Athletes play their sports because they love it by their heart but again, they cannot keep on doing it forever and have to take another career after retirement.
