Leo Movie Review by Netizens: Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, the Tamil film is produced by S. S. Lalit Kumar, Jagadish Palanisamy, and Ramkumar Balasubramanian. It stars Joseph Vijay, aka Thalapathy Vijay, as Leo Das, Sanjay Dutt as Antony Das, Trisha Krishnan as Sathya, Arjun Sarja as Harold Das, and others. With a runtime of 2 hours and 44 minutes, the film was released in theatres on October 19, 2023.

The story centres around Parthiban, affectionately known as Parthi, who leads a content life in Theog, Himachal Pradesh, as a café owner and devoted animal rescuer alongside his cherished family: his wife, Sathya, and their two children, Siddharth and Mathi. One fateful day, a gang attempts to rob his cafe and threatens a female employee. In a swift and decisive move, Parthi confronts and overpowers the gang members, resorting to lethal force in defence. Despite his actions, the aftermath leaves him emotionally shattered.
Following his arrest for the killings, Parthi is ultimately released, with the incident making headlines. In the shadows, a notorious gangster named Harold Das catches wind of Parthi’s existence and promptly notifies Antony Das, prompting Antony to set off for Theog to meet him. When he is visited by thugs and underworld mafia looking for one “Leo Das”, he protests that it is a case of mistaken identity but is eventually forced to drop his façade.
Fans are disappointed as they were expecting more from the movie especially from Vijay after Beast and Varisu. Among the many Leo movie reactions on X (formerly Twitter), one of the viewers tweeted: “This movie is full of thrilling chase scenes, awesome action, electrifying music, and impressive single shots that make it entertaining. Some of the fans are still saying that people should give it a try as the visuals and action are amazing. A viewer tweeted “No matter what whose fan are you get experience the visual extravaganza on theatre atleast once. @Dir_Lokesh and @anbariv set a benchmark for visualizing action sequences.
