July granted us its share of musical presents, alas, it’s time to move on to the upcoming chapter of Kpop comebacks in August 2023. Some seriously anticipated EPs and albums made this month a bit more bearable that usual and help us beat the Summer with bops like EXO’s EXIST, NCT Dream’s ISTJ, SEVENTEEN Jun’s Psycho, NewJeans’ Get Up, and some fierce debuts like those of the BTS Maknae Jungkook with Seven, ZEROBASEONE’s In Bloom, KISS OF LIFE, TWICE’s sub-unit MISAMO, MONSTA X’s first subunit as well with Shownu and Hyungwon and others.
This year’s fun-tastic musical history has only been registered half-way. We have a long way to go ahead with the remaining latter half of 2023 and its K-popping celebrations. Yet another month is ready to hit us with a tide of great music releases and some long-awaited comebacks. Here’s what we have ahead!

1. NCT 2023 Golden Age
All existing subunits (20 members) of the SM Entertainment boy group will join forces again for their fourth full album together. The hit 7th Sense NCT U unit (Taeyong, Ten, Doyoung, Jaehyun, and Mark) from 2016 will also be making its comeback for a new track in this album consisting of a total of 10 tracks.
