Karan and Saif talk about how it’s the first time the actor is doing an interview with his mother. In the episode, Karan and Sharmila talk about the bikini shot that caused quite a stir in the 1960s. They talk about Saif’s flings during his younger days and how much they stressed Sharmila.
Saif Ali Khan reveals that director Rahul Rawail might have replaced him in the 1992 film Bekhudi due to his attitude. Saif reveals that maybe the director, Rahul Rawail, might have been replaced because of his attitude. But the actor refuses to say anything against him. Sharmila tried to intervene, but she didn’t push it much. The veteran actress also reveals that Yash Chopra was rock solid by Saif’s side during the tough times.
Koffee with Karan Season 8 Episode 10 also focuses on Saif’s relationship and marriage with Amrita Singh, as well as their divorce. Karan reveals Soha’s reaction when she had found out that Saif got married to Amrita. It’s an interesting anecdote that Karan shared in the episode.
Furthermore, Sharmila Tagore praises Bahu and actress Kareena Kapoor Khan. Sharmila reveals that Bebo is lovely, understanding, and also has good things to say about her cooking skills.

Kareena calls him her entire universe. Bebo reveals that she gets emotional every time she talks about him.

Overall, it was a simple episode where we learned a lot about Saif and his past and present. It was good to see someone as senior and veteran as Sharmila Tagore appear on the show and add a hint of class and charm to the show.
