The investigation soon begins and while the girls give Sa-rang and Gu Won a final chance to reveal any other secret that they have, the unexpected comes their way when Gu Won reveals his true identity.

Finding this to be unbelievable, they soon realise that this is not a joke and their attitude takes a 180-degree turn. They then begin treating Gu Won with respect which makes it awkward for him as he emphasises to them that they should treat him as always. Later, Sa-rang and her friends discuss her relationship with Gu Won and how he is the one who is perfect for her. Seeing her happy like this, Da-eul and Pyeong-hwa are happy and ready to celebrate their friend’s happiness.
The next day, the media is praising King Hotel’s 100th year anniversary and so are the executives of the hotel. However, Hwa-ran is not happy with their attitude and is ready to go head-to-head with her father and force him to make a choice. Seeing her manipulation of the executives, Il-hoon makes the choice to go all out with the two heirs in front of him.

As one looks at the profits and the other at the people, he asks them to present their plan for the next 10 years for King Hotel and present it in the next meeting. The meeting ends with this and while the executives all leave with Hwa-ran, only Sang-sik is left by Gu Won’s side.
Elsewhere, Pyeong-hwa asks her head who got promoted because of the good sales if she even felt sorry for what she did to her. Unfortunately, she felt no remorse for her actions towards Pyeong-hwa but instead goes on to mock her for being a divorcee and expecting a promotion.

This brings back memories of the time when Pyeong-hwa was tricked by her ex-boyfriend to sign the marriage registration form and had no other choice but to get a divorce to end the relationship. On the other hand, Sa-rang is serving Hwa-ran and the politician who was humiliated at the celebration earlier.
However, the politician takes his anger out on Sa-rang and demands Hwa-ran to fire her. Hwa-ran does as he asks and is about to fire Sa-rang when Gu Won arrives to stop everything and puts the politician in his place. This results in him storming off again while Hwa-ran realises that Sa-rang is the one for whom Gu Won brought the helicopter out.

She is suspicious about their relationship but is also in a hurry to catch up with the politician. Gu Won asks the head of staff at King the Land to make sure to protect every employee who faces such a situation in the future before leaving. Later, the others at King the Land decide to take Sa-rang out to cool off, thus, making her feel included for the first time.
Sa-rang realises this and is filled with gratitude towards their concern. Later, Gu Won arrives to pick her up after she says her goodbyes to her colleagues. However, the rain ends up messing up his clothes and is taken to Sa-rang’s house. There, the two share a mischievous and passionate moment together.

King the Land, too gud. I admire Lee Jun Ho’s charisma ND acting skills. Both leads are awesome. I remember my marriage days and yearn for my husband to come back. I am a single mother taking care of two sons. Ours was a very happy married life, but he started changing ND distancing himself from 2017 onwards. He wanted freedom, didnt want to be bond in a marital bond. I feel very lonely..wen I see Lee Jun Ho loving ND taking care of the female lead actress, it saddens me and tears roll down my eyes as I long for such love. During my college days, many boys wanted to date me. Now I am 50yrs old. It’s my dream to visit South Korea, my elder son is majoring in Japanese language. If God helps we wil definitely visit the country as we are fans of South Korean dramas and of course BTS !! They have a sense of care, affection , respect , love , in all their dramas. It seems so real.
Its amazing that you got joy from watching the show 🙂
however i hope you know that its never too late to find love, love is everywhere and for every age
your ex-husband may have left you due to personal reasons but just know that falling in love is not a one time thing and that there is always hope, if not in this life, theres a 100% chance in the afterlife if what you get is heaven, although its completely normal to feel sad and miss someone you were in a romantic relationship with, especially if it was over a long period of time, just know that god makes these things happen because he knows that you are strong enough to handle them 🙂 i hope you find your happiness and that you are able to visit south korea 😀
I am a Taurean and my husband an Aquarian
Loved this episode but SaRang going through laundry to find little girl’s missing toy was direct copy from scene in Encounter and Park Bogum was more effective.
wait Park bogum was in the show? 😮
the unnecessary drama was really uncalled for, i dont want crazy plot twists to separate them, its sad but i geuss there are people who love plot twists, since its a rom com kdrama its obvious they will clear the misunderstanding in further episodes but its still sad T-T
I really enjoyed watching this KDrama! Kudos to the cast & crew of King The Land. You giving us love and joy with this Korean RomCom.
