Jung Kyung-ho Confirmed as Lead in MBC’s Upcoming Drama Labor Attorney Noh Moo Jin

Acclaimed actor Jung Kyung-ho known for his charismatic performances in series like Hospital Playlist, is set to take on new and challenging role. On May 22 MBC confirmed that Jung will headline their upcoming drama. The title is Labor Attorney Noh Moo Jin (노무사 노무진). This news is generating significant buzz. Jung Kyung-ho will portray Noh Moo-jin. A lawyer who, after surviving near-death experience while uncovering corruption gains the ability to see ghosts.

He uses this supernatural gift to resolve labour disputes. The show intertwines legal drama with paranormal intrigue. Labor Attorney Noh Moo Jin promises to explore the complex and often tumultuous world of labor law. It delves into the conflicts and human relationships that arise in various workplace settings. Noh Moo-jin is depicted as a realistic and logical man. Driven by a desire to help others, his ability to communicate with ghosts adds a unique twist to his legal practice. This offers a fresh narrative that sets this drama apart from conventional legal series.

The script for Labor Attorney Noh Moo-jin is crafted by Kim Bo-tong and is director of the project is Im Soo-rye. Known for his work on films such as Little Forest. This marks Im’s first foray into drama production and promises an innovative directorial approach. Joining Jung Kyung-ho in the main cast are Seol In-ah and Cha Hak-yeon. In-ah known for her versatile acting skills. Cha Hak-yeon, also known as N from the K-pop group VIXX will bring additional depth and talent to the series. Filming for the drama is scheduled to begin in September 2024, with a targeted release in 2025.
