Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 Episode 10 Recap
The episode opens with the enigmatic sorcerer Reggie Star warning Megumi Fushiguro about Kenjaku’s plan, suggesting that a decisive “bomb” will be unleashed once only the strongest fighters remain. He immediately moves to eliminate Megumi, but the latter proves far from an easy target, countering with impressive speed and strength. Just as their clash intensifies, a sudden explosion disrupts everything, leaving Megumi with serious facial injuries as he continues to fend off multiple sorcerers on his own.
In this stretch, Megumi takes on a far colder, more ruthless edge, with his Zenin lineage clearly influencing his approach. Just when it seems like he’s about to re-engage his opponents, an unexpected figure, Fumihiko Takaba, appears. An aspiring comedian with an absurd sense of humor and an even stranger personality, Takaba appears out of place at first glance. However, beneath his eccentric behaviour lies immense power, allowing him to handle enemies that initially gave Megumi trouble.

During the fight, Megumi learns that Yuji Itadori has succeeded in his objective, which frees him mentally to fight without holding back. He even tells his opponent as much, signalling a shift in tone as the battle grows more intense. This is also where Reggie’s ability comes into clearer focus. Megumi himself acknowledges that he may be at a disadvantage in terms of raw power.
Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 Episode 11 Review

This episode begins, and right off the bat, Megumi goes on the offensive towards Reggie. At first, he manages to land some punches in, but soon Reggie points out the flaws within his domain. We also get to know that the reason Megumi stores such a small amount of things in his shadow is because he will have to be the one to bear its burden. Thus, Reggie introduces 3 heavy cars that create a lot of burden on Megumi.
After that, Megumi manages to put immense pressure on Reggie while also being pressured by the three cars. It almost seemed like Reggie would be dead and Megumi would win, but just at that moment, Reggie came back alive in a dramatic twist. After suffering for a bit, he literally drops a whole house inside the domain, completely planning to crush Megumi.

The fight actually ends in a very unexpected way. Reggie was indeed a bad person till the end, but his character did one redeeming thing in the end. It kind of makes you emotional purely because of the brilliant cinematic quality of the episode. Just when Megami falls exhausted, an Angel comes from the sky.
On the other hand, we also see some very important characters who are far more powerful in another colony. They have their own hierarchy, with many having more than 50 points. However, that power shifts once Yuta enters the scene as he becomes one of the strongest among them.

Verdict
Again, I absolutely loved this episode, and I also liked how Megumi’s fight was designed. He really looked like Toji in some scenes, and we were reminded how he is indeed his father’s son.
The animation was again great for this episode as well, with the colours making every panel pop.
