Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Episode 14 Preview: Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 (呪術廻戦 or Sorcery Fight) is directed by Sunghoo Park and is animated under MAPPA Studio. With Sayaka Koiso and Tadashi Hiramatsu designing the characters, Yoshimasa Terui is the sole composer of the series. Tatsuya Kitani performed the opening theme, Where Our Blue Is (青のすみか), while Soushi Sakiyama performed the ending theme, Light (燈).

The anime is scheduled for two cours, the first five episodes will adapt the manga’s Hidden Inventory arc, and the eighteen other episodes will showcase the Sibuya arc. Licensed under Crunchyroll, the episodes will be available with English subtitles, and the dubbed version will be released later on.

Based on the manga series of the same name by Gege Akutami, the story follows high school student Yuji Itadori as he joins a secret organization of Jujutsu Sorcerers in order to kill a powerful Curse named Ryomen Sukuna, of whom Yuji becomes the host. However, the new season will consist of various aspects of the story which the audience has been wondering about. Each episode has a runtime of 20-25 minutes.

Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Plot

The first few episodes of the new season focus on Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto’s past lives, where they grew up together in Jujutsu High. Introducing the arc’s main villain Toji Fushiguro who is known as the ‘Sorcerer Killer’ who is after Riko, the Star Plasma Vessel. The main mission of the sorcerers is to keep her safe from any harm until she merges with Tengen.

In the next episode, Yuji Itadori is left unconscious after his battle with Chosos. However, two girls come near him which could be the adopted daughters of Geto Suguru. It is expected that we might see Sukuna take over Yuji’s body again and cause havoc in the Shibuya station.

In the previous episode, Yuji encounters Choso, who had been trying to find relentlessly to take revenge for killing his brothers. As soon as they come face to face, Choso attacks him with his Blood manipulation technique. Choso takes the upper hand by injuring Yuji multiple times. However, Mechamaru gives Yuji the idea to go to the bathroom. When Choso enters the bathroom the water is spilled all over the place which weakens the blood clots formed and he cannot apply his technique. Nevertheless, he comes right back up and with expert combat skills defeats Yuji.

As Yuji lies unconscious on the floor, Choso suddenly gets a vision inside his head which displays a fake memory of Yuji along with his brother Eso and Kechizo sharing a meal together. Choso is left confused and he leaves the room. In the end Geto Suguru’s daughters appear near Yuji.
