The episode begins just after Seo-joon’s first day as the chef at their restaurant in Iceland. Back at their dorm, the team discusses the day, and they eagerly ask Min-si how she felt working with all three chefs. In a humorous moment, the chefs pretend to walk away to avoid hearing potential criticisms, but Min-si smooth-talks them with her crisp compliments. She describes working with Woo-shik as fun, despite the hectic pace. With Yu-mi, she feels calm even on a busy day. Seo-joon, she says, feels like a man with 360-degree vision, perfect in everything yet a bit intimidating. With her critical compliments delivered, Seo-jin selects Seo-joon as the chef for the next day.

The team rests and wakes up the following morning for shopping. Seo-jin buys new outfits for everyone, which they wear after breakfast. Seo-joon, Woo-shik, and Min-si head out to buy ingredients for the new menu item, Sundubu-jjigae, a tofu stew with mushrooms, seafood, and meat. They opt for a seafood version and purchase frozen cuttlefish, clams, and shrimp. Returning to the restaurant, they begin preparations for the first dinner service, which starts around 3 pm.

The customers indeed order the new dish, and Seo-joon is already halfway through its preparation. Min-si and Seo-joon work rapidly and efficiently, feeling at ease. Two birthday customers receive complimentary desserts and drinks from Seo-jin. Min-si and Seo-joon playfully interact in the kitchen, swiftly handling hot orders and satisfying customers. Woo-shik checks on a French woman enjoying Soju, confirming she’s comfortable with its strength, and they have a brief conversation.
