YRF presents a new festive vision with Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone grooving to Jhoome Jo Pathaan, the latest music release on December 22, 2022, at 11AM IST, prior to the premiere of their movie, also starring John Abraham, coming out next month. Although shot abroad with dancers busting out their tango moves, the song comes alive with a familiar desi fervour, all thanks to Khan and Padukone’s hotter than ever on screen reunion, the perfect way to celebrate Yash Raj Films’ 50 years of blockbusters.

Staying in tune with the quintessential YRF music style, the melody fuses customary sound choices that may remind you of previous soundtracks as soon as the beat drops. Propelling the symbol of nostalgia forward with that in mind, the new track is miles away from the first song release of Besharam Rang, which may have taken fans a while getting used to. However, this one charges in as the supreme banger from the get-go with a dominant dance-based music video. Khan is also seen pulling off his signature step in the song, a sight for sore eyes indeed.
The credits for this party beat go to Vishal and Sheykhar for the composition, Kumaar for helming the lyricism and to Arijit Singh, Sukriti Kakar, Vishal and Sheykhar for belting out the harmony. The Indian dancing duo Bosco-Caesar participated as the director of choreography, making the video a worthwhile and gratifying watch. Additional credits go out to Meghdeep Bose for the song arrangement and Abhishek Khandelwal (YRF Studios), Dileep Nair (Assistant Mixing Engineer – YRF Studios) for mixing the tune and Gethin John (Hafod Mastering, Wales UK) for mastering it.

Once again, the music video was also released in Telugu and Tamil along with Hindi, just like Besharam Rang‘s premier, which is also trending at number 1 everywhere. Jhoome Jo Pathaan is also set to follow in suit with its title hashtag already charting high on Twitter, and the actors involved in the project already revelling in the brand new release on YouTube.
