Jawan Title Announcement Teaser: Shah Rukh Khan’s Laugh Will Give You Chills

After Pathaan, Shah Rukh Khan has announced his second film – Jawan. Directed by Atlee Kumar, it’s an action thriller that will definitely make his fans happy. The actor has been shooting for the film since 2020 in Pune and other cities. It’s the first collaboration between Atlee and SRK.

Today, the superstar dropped the Jawan Title Announcement teaser. SRK’s character is seen with weapons like guns and knives. However, it’s his menacing laugh in the end that gives chills. In the teaser, Shah Rukh’s face is wounded badly and covered with blood and bandages. It seems like he is on a deadly mission. Before he starts laughing, a female voice on the communication radio tells him, “Good to go, chief”.

SRK took to his Twitter page to share the title announcement video. The actor wrote, “An action-packed 2023!! Bringing #Jawan to you, an explosive entertainer in cinemas 2nd June 2023. In Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada @gaurikhan @Atlee_dir @RedChilliesEnt.”

Atlee shared on Twitter, ” Feeling emotional, excited & blessed . Grew up admiring you but never imagined that I would be directing you sir. @iamsrk & I proudly present to you #Jawan Releasing on 2nd June 2023, in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam & Kannada”.

Atlee’s film also stars Nayanthara and Sanya Malhotra. SRK will be seen in a double role. It looks like in the end scene where SRK is at the metro station, we see someone’s head from behind. Is it the other character Khan is playing? We can’t wait to know. The film is slated to release on June 2, 2023.

Meanwhile, YRF’s Pathaan is directed by Siddharth Anand. It also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. Salman Khan will have a special appearance in the film. The film will release on January 25, 2023.
