– Inspector Avinash Episode 4 and 5 Review Contains Mild Spoilers –
Episode 4 starts with Sheikh, the main guy (as of now), murdering someone gruesomely due to an incident that affected him in his childhood. Though the incident’s flashback didn’t reveal much we get an idea that the person Sheikh killed is his teacher. The truth behind Bhaati’s murder isn’t solved yet, and this puts a toll on Laxmikant, a trustworthy policeman.
To prove Laxmikant’s innocence, Avinash and his team try to find the truth behind Bhaati’s sudden death. Meanwhile, Avinash plans to capture Shukla, and he gets a hint about a criminal called Rafiq, one of the notable goons. Avinash and his team dress up as wedding guests, arrest Rafiq and encounter him.

In this episode, apart from killing Rafiq, we find that Veer Bhushan (CM’s brother who recruited STF) is close with Sheik. Apparently, Sheikh is on Veer’s political party, but since he has more power, Veer wants to cut him down. This is pretty much why he appointed STF, not to save his brother’s life but to finish off criminals so he can become the next prime minister. Now is Sheikh the villain, or is Veer the real bad guy who play pretends innocent with his minister power?

Moving on, Avinash figures out with the help of a doctor that Bhaati was injected with poison. This proved Laxmikant’s innocence. But the criminal is still on the loose, and the case isn’t solved yet. Meanwhile, we also find that Sheikh is planning something big to bring down Veer and vice versa.

In Inspector Avinash episode 5, the next criminal is Babloo Pandey, a child kidnapper. Babloo kidnaps a political person’s son and asks for 50 million rupees ransom. Avinash tries to save the kid somehow. It’s clear that Sheik has initiated this plan to weaken Veer. Unfortunately, Avinash fails in this mission, leaving the state of UP shattered with a terrible news.
Moreover, this episode introduces Sri Devi, also known as Guru Maa. Bhaati’s last call was to her, but since there is no evidence that she could be behind Bhaati’s death, Avinash leaves her place. Later the viewers find that Sri Devi is Sheik’s trustworthy hand.
Inspector Avinash Episode 4 and 5 Review: Final Thoughts
Both episodes introduced new criminals, deadly connections, and other important details, pointing out that Avinash is actually the pawn of a bad guy. Will Avinash find a way out to save the state or simply nod to the orders of Veer?
The series’ direction is really good, and it raises questions and keeps the curiosity active. In this episode, the dubbing edit is far better than the previous episodes, so kudos. Apart from these, the stories are really creative, and knowing that the series is based on a true story, it’s baffling. Waiting for more!
