In the Soop: Friendcation is a South Korean reality show which takes place in the serene forests of the country. The show first started with BTS in 2020 which was followed by the second season of the bad and then went on to sport the group SEVENTEEN. This time, the show has taken the well-known Wooga squad into the forest where they relax and share the beautiful moments of their friendship.
The Wooga squad consists of BTS’ V aka Kim Taehyung, rapper Peakboy, and actors Park Seo-joon, Park Hyung-sik and Choi Woo-shik. The group has been friends since 2018 and has shown off their friendship on every occasion possible. Now on this show, we get more insight into the friendship these men share. The show premiered on July 22 and releases new episodes every Friday. In the SOOP: Friendcation episode 3 has a run time of 52 minutes.

In the SOOP: Friendcation episode 3 starts off with a cooked Beer Can Chicken and Choi Woo-shik’s drama that the group decides to watch. They begin watching the show and tease Woo-shik by calling him the Rom-Com King, as the drama makes takes away their attention. The kiss at the end of the episode doesn’t help Woo-shik as the rest tease him even harder.
After watching the episode, Seo-joon compliments Woo-shik on his acting and tells him that he influences him to do better. He also adds that he would even think about what he would do when he is unable to do scenes with such deep emotions. The group then talk about each other and how they keep supporting each other to do better.

Compliments flow around after which J-Hope calls Taehyung. He greets everyone and tells them to have fun. The group then go for some Karaoke, and there begins Hyung-sik and Taehyung’s concert with their mesmerising harmony.
After a few songs, the others take over, ending it with Peakboy and Taehyung singing the last song. But the two are unable to complete it after Peakboy’s rocky start which gets everyone laughing.
Later, the squad move the mattresses into the living room so that they can all sleep together. After washing up, they don’t want to sleep as the next night will be their last in this place. They start to talk about their goals for 2022.
But suddenly, Taehyung starts crying which wakes his hyungs up as they try to lighten the mood and then ask him what happened. He tells them that the year had been disappointing. The others tell him that it will be fine and realise that he is at the age where these things can overwhelm him. His hyungs are here to give him a shoulder as Woo-shik tells him “I love you”.

In the middle of the night, Seo-jun wakes up to record Woo-shik snoring after which he goes back to sleep. The next morning, Woo-shik wakes up first and goes through his routine of taking pictures of his friends, sharing some love with Taehyung, brushing his teeth and then preparing breakfast.
On the other hand, Taehyung rewatches Woo-shik’s drama while Seo-jun ask him to wash his hair. The group then slowly make their way to the dining room. Peakboy helps out Woo-shik while the others later enjoy the breakfast they make. They then decide on ordering Jjajangmyeon for lunch.
As they enjoy their rest time, Seo-jun shows them the video he took last night while Woo-shik denies snoring. He then proves his innocence with the pictures he took in the morning and lets them know that it was Hyung-sik who was snoring. The group then splits into two with one going to the sauna and the other going to work out.
The workout group consists of Seo-jun and Peakboy where the former takes the lead and helps the latter during the session. While the other three enjoy a relaxing time in the sauna, the Spartan workout continues for Peakboy. After the intense session, he rushes to the shower while the sauna group is refreshed and jumps back into bed.

The group then start to dress up and Seo-jun opens up his makeup class to teach the rest some basic skills. They then order in some Jjajangmyeon and Tangsuyuk as they discuss whether to dip or pour. Taehyung then mentions that he is on a diet but his hyungs soon notice that the diet doesn’t seem to be working.
They then discuss the itinerary for the day which includes skating and making some spicy chicken stew. As they discuss their skating skills, the group soon makes their way out.
During the drive, they realise that the trip is almost coming to an end and hope that they get the chance to have another trip. Taehyung then asks if they have a bucket list and Hyung-sik mentions that he wants to try skydiving. Taehyung says that he wants to live abroad, Peakboy tells them that he will be taking a family portrait soon, and Woo-shik says that he wants to produce something.
Seo-joon tells him that he would like to be a part of it and tells him that he can try filming their road trip and they can even make their own songs for the road trip movie. He then tells them that he doesn’t know what he wants to do and doesn’t know what it means to rest. Woo-shik tells him that this trip is what resting is.

They soon reach the beach and enjoy the beauty of the winter by the seaside. Not forgetting to capture the moment, they enjoy a walk and are sone see a dog rushing to them. After playing with this little friend for some time the group continues to take in the feeling of healing that they will remember for a long time
In the SOOP: Friendcation Episode 3 Final Thoughts
This episode is what we call healing. The slow and warm moments are what we needed and this was a beautiful way of giving it to us. The group is filled with synergy and they play a huge part in supporting each other through their hard times. While things may be a little hard when it comes to their maknae Taehyung, they understand him and help him whenever he can.
The group learns from each other as they motivate themselves as well. Belonging to different industries in the entertainment circle, it is not easy for them to make time for each other, but they have done it and have really shown us a beautiful friendship.
The episode was relaxing and we loved these moments.
