The past one and half years have been hard for everyone. Through this wonderful initiative, Headspace offers you different exercises for meditation, relaxation or help you with sleeping soundly.

Whatever path you choose, you will get more customizable options that will help you feel less stressed, less anxious, and get a good night’s sleep. This is an interesting interactive series and not the first one that Netflix has released. Soothing Voices of Headspace

Headspace Unwind Your Mind is yet again voiced by the Headspace co-founder Andy Puddicombe and Director of Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher Eve Lewis Prieto. Their soothing voices, which we have heard in the two instalments before this, take us through a journey of tranquillity.

However, no matter how good the exercises are, one of the major questions that arrive is – are they effective? The idea behind this series and the rest of the work by Headspace is to offer you a peaceful headspace in which you can disconnect from the world around you and connect with yourself.

It is also amazing to see how Headspace has used different mediums to express ways that can help us with dealing with mental health issues. This collaboration between Netflix and Headspace has garnered a huge number of people who have started to meditate.  Their module on helping you get a sound sleep is quite fascinating. After trying it personally, it did help me with sleeping and what helped me more was how the series went on without a sound.
