Gossip Girl Season 2 Episode 6: How to Bury a Millionaire

Gossip Girl Season 2 Episode 6 is by far one of the most interesting ones in the lot. Not only because it brings back an OG character from the original series in the reboot but, also because creates crevices that can flow in so many ways to make the story for this season interesting.

At the heart of Gossip Girl Season 2 Episode 6 is the vow renewal ceremony of Max’s dads- Ray and Gideon. Max along with Audrey prepares for D-day with full determination to make things as perfect as possible but, the day does not come without its own set of problems as his friends struggle with one thing or the other, all ending on the day of vow renewal.

Julien’s life is going steadily fast and pleasingly with Graham in her arms but, she has enough reasons to be that Graham might just be cheating on his wife as well as her with some other woman. Meanwhile, Obie tries to bring justice but, his mother is a clever lady and makes sure she has cleaned up her mess and put the dust under the rug in a fashion where no one can point fingers at her. Of course, except Obie.

However, the most interesting turn of events happens to Zoya, who played the wrong hand in the last episode of Gossip Girl Season 2 where she had sex with a guy after introducing herself as Monet and then discovered that the entire thing was recorded by the guy! In this episode, she is determined to seek the help of Milo Sparks to make sure the video does not exist.

But, with the entry of Milo Sparks into the story, Georgina Sparks cannot be left long behind, right? The manipulative, cunning socialite puts her claws on Kate this time after she discovers that Kate is the one who has revived Gossip Girl after all these years and creates havoc that we can only wait to see more of in future episodes.

Gossip Girl Season 2 Episode 6: Final Thoughts

As interesting as Gossip Girl Season 2 Episode 6 was, it is strange how Monet and Luna’s presence has been diminished since the last two episodes. Looks like after Monet and Julien sorted out their differences to build a healthy competing streak going, the makers have discarded one of the most powerful characters aside- a fact that not all viewers are going to end up liking. Meanwhile, the introduction of Georgina Sparks right around the end of this season seems like a strategic move to keep us guessing anf wondering for what is going to happen next on the show.
