Let’s Marry Harry Reunion Review: Watching Let’s Marry Harry, even without the last episode, was a triggering and icky experience for most. It might have made for great television (or not), but viewers smelled the bullcrap from a mile away. We all knew what this was going to devolve into, and that’s exactly where the series went. The reunion, thus, was even messier.
Hosted by Haley Baylee, the Let’s Marry Harry Reunion will get anyone riled up, especially as we hear the women opening up about their hurt and heartbreak after taking the infamous fuckboy Harry Jowsey seriously. The worst comes with Amber, his now ex-wife, who had a few choice words to say not only against her husband, but also against Dannelle.
In the end, a disturbing amount of disrespectful behaviour from Sonny Henty rounded out the reunion for the insulting crap that it is and brought out an amount of anger that I didn’t think was possible.

Is Harry Still With Amber? Are They Still Together?
To no one’s surprise, Amber and Harry aren’t together, and they haven’t been since one month after the wedding. The reunion tries to dive deep into what triggered the breakdown of Harry and Amber’s relationship, although Amber’s clear anger and disappointment at being played by her husband outweigh any conversation that Harry can have. She doesn’t really let him get a word in, as a result of which he has a separate segment with Haley at the end of the episode.
In the reunion, Harry acknowledges that while he had strong feelings for both Amber and Dannelle, he eventually chose Amber because they connected more. However, Amber had more tea to share later on, highlighting how Harry was unfaithful in the one month they had been together and broke her heart at a time when she couldn’t speak out publicly. It’s a mess and a half, and something that viewers knew from when the first episode dropped – it’s Harry Jowsey; obviously, he’s not going to be a model husband!
Amber Finally Gets to Tell Her Side
Amber and Harry arrive around the halfway mark, and from the onset, it’s clear that Amber has a few things to say about how she was treated and what she had to endure. She’s easily the most interesting part because she had insights that were unique, and she had nothing to lose, so she let it all rip. She not only accused Harry of being distant with her, but also of cheating on her with Dannelle and another influencer. The things that come out are absolutely insane, and Amber’s emotions are clearly visible on her face, making us trust her easily.
Her experience doesn’t come as a surprise, considering how Harry behaved in the show itself and how untruthful he was from the get-go. Amber goes into detail not only on everything that happened, but also on why she felt betrayed by Harry. She also notes that watching everything play out on screen while knowing the truth of the matter and how she was manipulated leaves viewers empathetic to her journey and her experiences.
And Then There’s Dannelle
The Dannelle incident is a bit odd. While her feelings for Harry were never hidden or unknown to the audience, it’s clear that she was very much in love with him regardless of how she wants to say it, and thus viewers can acknowledge and respect her emotions. However, later we learn that Harry might have lied to Dannelle about his relationship status with Amber, telling her that he was single when Amber felt differently. It’s a bit of a sticky situation, and the timelines are all over the place. But one thing is for certain: Harry is someone who simply can’t keep his hands off women, and he will go to any lengths to get what he wants.
When Amber arrives on set, she immediately goes after Dannelle for not confirming whether Harry was single with her, although Dannelle reminds her that she doesn’t owe her this courtesy since they don’t speak to one another. While neither of the women is right or wrong, it’s still a messy situation that viewers will find themselves feeling absolutely disturbed and uncomfortable by.
Harry’s Explanation Doesn’t Completely Fix Things
Throughout the reunion, Harry doesn’t get to put a word in on what he has gone through or his explanations. Maybe it’s for the best since when he does get to speak, he mostly deflects and rationalises everything to an embarrassing degree. Jowsey is 29 years old, and watching a grown man act like this is honestly quite distasteful.
While his behaviour throughout the show has been obviously manipulative, as he tries to kiss as many women as possible and sleep with them at every turn, the reunion brings this feeling home as we realise just how much the man can gaslight these women to get what he wants. While his friends back him up and try to make viewers believe that he has tried his best, the viewers can see everything, and despite him possibly getting the best edits, he comes out looking completely ingenuine and untrustworthy.
Surprising Lack of Empathy From Sonny Henty
Sonny, Georgia and Amanda arrive on the set to discuss their feelings about the entire experiment, bringing a rather surprising amount of hostility against the women, especially Sonny. While the two women try to empathise with the women while standing with their friend and supporting his journey, Sonny calls everyone out and calls them distasteful for going against Harry, and refuses to acknowledge the fact that the women might have a different experience with Harry than him.
He’s extremely insulting to Amber, who dated and married Harry and obviously shares a different experience with him, saying that she was with him for 2 minutes and so obviously her experience doesn’t matter and isn’t true. It’s insane to watch this disrespect play out and the host not stopping this barrage of insults from spilling out. However, this does go to show why the two are best friends.
Who is Harry Jowsey Dating Now?
Towards the end of the reunion, Harry spills that he’s currently seeing someone and is serious with them, highlighting that if the person wants to, he is ready to marry her. It’s a surprising turn of events after having rings thrown at his face, but he doesn’t spill the name of the person in the show. Speculations are that it’s Olivia Phillips, but we don’t know it for sure yet. Only time will tell whether Harry will walk down the aisle a second time!
Final Verdict
In the end, the Let’s Marry Harry Reunion proves why women shouldn’t flock to marry playboys and compete with each other for the “honour” of being called their wife. It’s an insane and icky premise to begin with, especially because Jowsey is in the middle, and although I was a bit skeptical of the women being confused by being played by the playboy, the onus was, ultimately, on Jowsey to be faithful and serious and watching the show, I felt like he was there for the fun of having 20 fiancees, and not because he genuinely wanted to be a husband.
Overall, the reunion was quite bad because there was a ton of yelling and not a lot of conversation. Bailey wasn’t able to really control the situation well and a man had the audacity to undermine a woman’s lived experience. Just 0/10 for it all.
