Good Morning Veronica Season 2 Plot/Synopsis

The trailer description for the upcoming season reads: “A police officer investigates a sexual predator and discovers a couple with a horrible secret and a sinister corruption scheme. Given up for dead, Veronica tries to unravel the mysteries of the religious sect that promotes abuse and corruption in the government.” In the first season, we saw Veronica investigating a suicide and a help call from two women she had received in the same period of time.
