Five Nights At Freddy's Trailer: Still 1
A still from the trailer

The trailer shows us an incredibly tired father trying to find any kind of job to make sure that his kid is taken care of and things are going well. Coming from the producers of M3GAN, we know that this film is about to bring some serious horror elements and dialogues that might send chills down our spine. Turns out that is exactly what happens in the movie. We are told of the fact that this arcade had been booming in the 80s but had suddenly shut down for some reason.

As people start coming in and visiting Mike, the audience is notified of the dark past this arcade has, with all the killing of children and whatnot. While this wouldn’t really be a problem for the male protagonist, except he brings his daughter to work, and she is only a little child, just as old as the other kids who were killed in the arcade. Turns out that once the kid dies, it possesses an unattended animatronic trying to recruit more kids to its expanding collection.

Obviously, Mike is not giving up that easily. Even when one of the creatures gets its hand on his child, he fights for his life and others as he tries to make sure his daughter is brought back to him. The horror elements and the creepiness is so high, it conveys the desolateness of the setting but also the creepy urge that there is always someone looking in.
