Gold steps up as a formidable opponent who effectively stalls the members of Company 8. Her ability to manipulate the devices used by Maki and the others leaves everyone puzzled, especially since all powers in this world are supposed to revolve around fire or heat.

Fortunately, Licht is there to analyse the situation. He figures out that Gold is using actual gold to convert her gauntlets into makeshift magnets, allowing her to manipulate metallic items through magnetic force. However, just knowing how her ability works doesn’t mean they can easily stop her. Even Vulcan’s specially crafted equipment, designed to enhance Tamaki’s firepower, proves ineffective in this case.

When things get too intense, Lisa steps in to buy some time, giving Licht the opportunity to come up with a new strategy. He proposes that they neutralise Gold’s magnetic abilities by countering them with ferromagnetic properties, specifically using iron. The plan? Cover her gauntlets in iron, so they lose their magnetic effectiveness. Licht then instructs the team to have Tamaki superheat the iron until it loses its magnetism.

The squad hilariously uses Tamaki’s rear to mould a container, combining Vulcan’s tech and added oxygen to amplify the heat.

This episode starts with a shocker as we see Captain Obi getting affected by the insect bites. However, later, we find out that it was not the insect because of which he was making this expression, but the reason was his hardening of his body. He toughened up so much that the insect could not even penetrate his skin. This segment was absolutely hilarious because Company 8 members started to hype him up so that he could keep his muscles flexing.

However, seeing that his subordinates can do no damage to Company 8, Dragon comes to the fight and is significantly stronger than the others. Thankfully, Arthur becomes twice as excited because his long dream of fighting a dragon comes alive. Thus, a very important fight ensues between Arthur and Dragon, but his first blow does little damage to the enemy.

The only reason Arthur could continue his fight without any worries is that he is really a simple fellow. It doesn’t really matter how many times he gets beaten, as he will always stand up because he thinks he can win. His inability to understand the seriousness of the situation also helps him get past his own barriers and aids his growth even further as a fighter.

This fight was one of the best because we got to see Arthur clash with an opponent who is the strongest we have seen yet. Dragon literally transformed his body into that of an infernal at his own will and even looked like a Dragon. But this is not all, we also see how there might be a legitimate connection between doppelgangers and spontaneous human combustion.
