Euphoria Season 2: Lexi to Maddy, Our Most Favourite Characters From The Show

Euphoria Season 2 by Sam Levinson is just a day away from getting over. The HBO series stars Zendaya as Rue, Maude Apatow as Lexi, Angus Cloud as Fezco, Alexa Demie as Maddy, Austin Abrams as Ethan, Jacob Elordi as Nate, Sydney as Sweeney, Barbie Ferreira as Kat and Javon “Wanna” Walton as Ashtray. Twitter recently revealed it is the most tweeted show in the US.

If you are a true fan of the show, you’re already astounded by how certain characters turned out. In season 1, we all were big fans of Rue, Jules, Cassie and Kat. But everything has changed in season 2. The latest season has given a better arc and growth to certain characters. In this article, I have mentioned my favourite characters from the show.

Our 5 Most Favourite Characters from Euphoria Season 2

Maddy

Alexa Demie’s Maddy was in an abusive and unhappy relationship with Nate in season 1. However, even since the duo broke up, we got to see Maddy for who she truly she. She’s a stunning, confident, brave person and a wonderful friend. She doesn’t deserve the betrayal from her best friend, Cassie. Maddy is also a good babysitter. Maddy really won hearts this season.

Ethan

We all can agree that Ethan deserves someone better than Kat. While I know Kat didn’t have much of a storyline, the way she was gaslighting Ethan to break up was disappointing. But instead of getting dumped, Ethan took a stand for himself, exposed Kat’s lies and broke up with her. He also gave a great performance in Lexi’s play. Keep going, Ethan!

Ashtray

Who doesn’t want a person ready to face any difficulty to save their loved ones’ lives? Ashtray is very protective of Fezco. No adult or a teenager has a chance to hurt Fez in the presence of Ash. We saw what Ash did to Cal Jacobs in Euphoria Season 2 when he visited Fez. Let’s hope he’s on super alert mode and saves himself and Fez from Faye and her boyfriend.

Fezco

From refusing to give drugs to Rue to beating the crap out of Nate for his horrible actions to being nice to Lexi, Fezco became a fan favourite from episode 1 of season 2. Who knew beneath a tough man there’s a sweet person who loves watching movies and holding hands? Can Sam Levinson not harm him, please? *cries*

Lexi

How can I not mention Lexi as my favourite character from Euphoria Season 2? She ended Nate Jacobs with her play! From season 1, Lexi has been a good friend and a loving sister. But everyone ignored her as if she didn’t matter. But this time, Lexi decided to be an observer and narrate her story on stage in front of hundreds of college mates. She lives in her imaginary world and thinks of life as a TV show. There are many reasons why one MUST be a fan of Lexi!
