Enola Holmes 2 Trailer was first unveiled a few weeks ago, during the Tudum event and now the second part of the trailer has been released by Netflix. Following Enola as she tries to make her own name in the crime-solving world. Directed by Harry Bradbeer, with a screenplay by Jack Thorne, it is based on the “Enola Holmes Mysteries’ Book Series” By Nancy Springer.
The official synopsis of the film reads, “Enola takes on her first official case as a detective, but to solve the mystery of a missing girl, she’ll need help from friends — and brother Sherlock.” Fresh off the triumph of solving her first case, Enola follows in the footsteps of her famous brother, Sherlock and opens her own agency — only to find that life as a female detective-for-hire isn’t as easy as it seems.
Resigned to accept the cold realities of adulthood, she is about to close shop when a penniless matchstick girl offers Enola her first official job: to find her missing sister. But this case proves to be far more puzzling than expected, as Enola is thrown into a dangerous new world — from London’s sinister factories and colourful music halls to the highest echelons of society and 221B Baker Street itself.

As the sparks of a deadly conspiracy ignite, Enola must call upon the help of friends and Sherlock himself, to unravel her mystery. In the trailer we see, Enola and Sherlock’s cases seem to cross paths as they each hunt for the truth. The siblings run into each other while on a stakeout to both of their surprises.
While they question, to whom the case belongs, Sherlock answers, “Both, it seems our cases are connected.” The game, it seems, has found its feet again and we hope, the duo can work together to unravel the mystery before it’s too late. Enola is all out to prove herself and like her mother, we believe she will be Magnificent.
The cast of the film includes Millie Bobby Brown, Henry Cavill, David Thewlis, Louis Partridge, Susan Wokoma, Adeel Akhtar, Sharon Duncan-Brewster, and Helena Bonham Carter.
