Dr Romantic Season 3 Episode 5 Reactions: Netizen’s Hearts Break for Yoon Ah-reum and Jung In-soo

Dr Romantic season 3 episode 5 brings tragedy to Doldam after two lives are lost leaving Ah-reum and In-soo in grief and shock. Directed by Yoo In-shik, the Kdrama stars Han Seok-kyu, Lee Sung-kyung, Ahn Hyo-seop, Kim Joo-heon, So Ju-yeon, and Jin Kyung, alongside other cast members.

The new season brings the grand opening of Doldam Trauma Centre but with new challenges as Kim Sa-bu and his team face them in their professional and personal lives. As the scale of incidents and accidents that the hospital has to manage, the team has to provide top-quality care for their patients.

Episode 5 brought us tear-jerking moments after the tragedy and trauma that was faced by Ah-reum and In-soo. Portraying the profession that has to face death very often, they’ve shown us a side that breaks down the stereotype that it gets easier. It is never easy to let go of a patient and Ah-reum has brought out this emotion to perfection.

On the other hand, In-soo’s trauma that came after forgetting about a patient is also hard for us all to see. An emergency room is not an easy place to work in and with one’s focus having to be at many places, there are times when such tragedies occur. The trauma of such an incident is not easy and now we can only hope for In-soo to recover from this guilt.

While the episode brought us a heavy heart with these moments, our Woo-jin Eun-jae couple made sure to lighten up the atmosphere with their heartwarming moments. They are taking couple goals to a new height and we are loving what they share.

While their ship continues to sail, it seems like Eun-tak Ah-reum’s ship may be welcoming some waves very soon. But let’s hope that they too get through these waves just as smoothly. Finally, the episode brought some more of Kim Sa-bu’s teaching and lightheartedness with Dong-hwa and Sun-woong’s comic duo.

While the heaviness still remains, here are some fans reacting to episode 5.

“a big appreciation to our beloved ER doctors. both in drama and in real life, they are always the forgotten ones & least appreciated when they do almost half of the job. so salute to all dr. ahreums and dr. jungs out there! #DrRomantic3Ep5 #DrRomantic3

“”I took your side. I really hoped that you will be a doctor worthy of respect.” – Master Kim As expected from Master Kim and his words that touch your soul. Him saying this to Donghwa is such a big thing omg I could cry if he said this to me????#DrRomantic3Ep5

“dr. jung already had it hard in 6 years in doldam, away from his family. it just hurts that someone like him has to experience this. we love you, dr. jung! #DrRomantic3Ep5
