Dr Romantic season 3 (낭만닥터 김사부3) is the latest season of the romance medical Kdrama of the same name directed by Yoo In-shik. The show stars Han Seok-kyu, Lee Sung-kyung, Ahn Hyo-seop, Kim Joo-heon, So Ju-yeon, and Jin Kyung, alongside other cast members.
The new season brings the grand opening of Doldam Trauma Centre but with new challenges as Kim Sa-bu and his team face them in their professional and personal lives. As the scale of incidents and accidents that the hospital has to manage, the team has to provide top-quality care for their patients.
Dr Romantic season 3 takes over SBS’s Friday-Saturday 10 PM KST timeslot previously occupied by Taxi Driver season 2.

Doldam is filled with wounded after a forest fire. Now, it is time to look past individual differences and come together to save as many as possible. However, the forest fire is heading towards Doldam and the hospital needs to be evacuated as soon as possible. How will the team at Doldam save lives without a place?

Dong-ju’s skills leave Woo-jin speechless, while his attitude towards her error leaves Eun-jae angered. Ho-joon makes use of this moment to instigate a boycott against Dong-ju which Eun-jae agrees to. Later, Kim Sa-bu reminds her that what she is doing is what once happened to Woo-jin and that taking part in such actions will only hurt the person closest to her the most.
Eun-jae realises her mistake and tries to get the rest of the staff back to the trauma centre. Meanwhile, the provincial budget officers arrive to take a round of the trauma centre. While Dong-jo and Min-guk welcome them, they are unaware of the official from the Ministry of Health and Welfare who followed right after to see the trauma centre empty.
While he makes note of his observations, the phone at the trauma centre continues to ring until In-su comes and finds out about a forest fire that took place nearby. He alerts everyone at Doldam and they prepare themselves for what is to come.
