Demon Slayer Season 4 Episode 6 was decent and did not give us much info about the plot. Let’s analyze the events of the 6th episode more closely.
Demon Slayer Season 4 Episode 5 Recap
This episode was better than the previous ones, feeling much more engaging and focused. It begins with Tanjiro visiting Mitsuri for flexibility training. This segment is light-hearted and enjoyable as Tanjiro already has a sisterly bond with Mitsuri and excels in the exercises, requiring little effort. This pleasant interlude, however, is short-lived as Tanjiro soon moves on to more rigorous training.

Next, Tanjiro trains with Obanai, who harbors resentment towards him. Obanai’s animosity stems from his deep affection for Mitsuri and his jealousy over Tanjiro’s friendly rapport with her. Despite the tension, Tanjiro endures intense training designed to hone his ability to attack swiftly without distraction, even as his teammates are tied up as obstacles.
Tanjiro faces significant challenges under Obanai’s strict and intimidating regimen. The most daunting part of his journey comes when he trains with Sanemi, accompanied by Zenitsu. Zenitsu’s presence injects much-needed humor, transforming the intense atmosphere with his comedic struggles. Tanjiro, too, encounters severe difficulties during his training with the wind hashira.
This episode efficiently delves into the training sequences without unnecessary filler, presenting crucial developments at a brisk pace. The music enhances the action scenes, particularly during Tanjiro’s relentless battles with Obanai, adding to the episode’s intensity and enjoyment.
Demon Slayer Season 4 Episode 6 Review and Recap

Today’s episode again did not reveal much plot-wise, but we get a detailed segment where we see Tanjiro training with the strongest Hashira. But here, he is also not alone as he is accompanied by his friends Zenitsu and Inosuke. Himejima is definitely the most difficult Hashira to train with because of a number of reasons.
Unlike others, he is not very talkative, which is why he does not really explain things properly. He gives clear instructions to do something but how one might approach that is something that he does not clarify. Plus, he also seems to be unaware of the difference between his power and others, hence, he gives tasks that are very much impossible for some of the lesser stronger demon slayers.

To complete your training under Himejima, you must start off by cold plunging under the waterfall that too in winter. Then, one must lift three huge logs that are extremely heavy, and finally, one must push a boulder double its height and move it at least 358 feet away.
Thankfully, he subtracted another step, which he thought would be too dangerous to go through. And it is to roast the demon slayers with fire from below. Such an insane routine sends Zenitsu to absolute shock, and from there, hilarity ensues.
Everyone is in total despair, but they try their best nonetheless to achieve these incorrigible demands. Even the very energetic Inosuke also agrees that this is too much, while Tanjiro keeps on with diligence. On the other hand, we see the 4th Kizuki Nakime desperately searching for any hints regarding Ubuyashiki and Nezuko.

Verdict
Today’s episode was satisfactory, but at the same time, it did not have too many things to offer. Now that training with the stone Hashira is over, we might get more interesting bits later, but until then, the entire training segment will have to pass, which is not very entertaining anymore.
