Rohit Shetty’s upcoming comedy film Circkus, starring Ranveer Singh is all ready to crack the laughter out of us all as seen in the taser released.
Circkus teaser is out and we are ready for this hilarious comedy film based on Shakespeare’s Comedy of Errors that stars Ranveer Singh in a dual role alongside Pooja Hegde, Jacqueline Fernandez and Varun Sharma with other cast members.
The teaser of the upcoming film has the cast sitting together as they look back at the 1960s when things were just different. With no Google, breaking news, or social media stories, the cast looks back to the golden period when everything was simple and families were a lot closer.

The upcoming film has got an intriguing teaser, but what catches our attention is the film’s long history of being remade which has kept the audience entertained every time the story hit the screen.
Circkus is based on the 1982 Hindi film Angoor which was a remake of the 1968 film Do Dooni Chaar which in turn was an adaptation of the 1963 Bengali film Bhranti Bilas. But this is not where it ends as Bhranti Bilas was based on the play of the same name by Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar which was adapted from Shakespeare’s Comedy of Errors.
The film was initially set for release on December 31, 2021, however, the shooting was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and it was only in November 2022, that the film was finally wrapped up.
