Change Days is a Korean dating reality TV series with hosts Jang Do-yeon, Code Kunst, Yang Se-chan and Heo Young-ji. The series follows four couples who are falling out of love and are given one more chance to choose their partners – they can date others and choose to exclusively date their new partners, go back to their old partners or stay single.

They go out on dates with different people to test the waters and make a decision at the end of 12 days. On the way, they figure out things about themselves and their relationships. But who do they choose to go home with? Do all of them find love in someone or the other?

The MCs of this season are Jang Do-yeon, Code Kunst, Yang Se-chan and Heo Young-ji while the participants include Lee Jeong-hun & Choi Hui-hyeon, Kim Tae-wan & Kim Hye-yeon, Choi Yun-seul & Min Hyo-gi, and Kim Do-hyeong & Kim Ji-yu.

KakaoTV describes the series as: “Four couples who are contemplating parting for their own reasons go on a trip together. In order to regain the long-forgotten heartbeat, they switched partners for two weeks and went on a date. Will he be able to get back the pounding he wanted for the first time and come back? If you get it back, who will be with you at that time?”
