– Change Days Season 2 Episode 14 Recap Contains Spoilers –

Change Days Season 2 Episode 14 starts off with a segment of the first night of the 48-hour secret date where we see all the couples lounging. During this time, Hui-hyeon makes her jealousy towards Jeong-hun going on a date clear. Moving forward, we have the MCs of the show take a look back at the dates. Do-hyeong went on a date with Hye-yeon, where the latter confessed that her heart had fluttered for Do-hyeong but, Do-hyeong expresses his living towards Hui-hyeon. This particularly seemed to have confused Ji-yu.

It is Ji-yu’s turn to go on her secret date in this episode and she has been asked by two boys! First off, Ji-yu gets together with Tae-wan for a date on an off-road trail. We see the two have some fun time together. Meanwhile, Hui-hyeon expresses her protectiveness towards Jeong-hun later in his room which makes them fight but, also they make up quite adorably.

Next, we see Hyo-gi and Yun-seul have a conversation. This is the first time they are having a proper conversation since they have changed their rooms and it does not go well. Yun-seul expects an apology from Hyo-gi, who keeps bringing up how Yun-seul has hurt him in the past, making the conversation a big mess. However, Yun-seul does not lose hope and soon after Ji-yu and Tae-wan return from a date, she plans to ask him out.

Initially, she fails as Hyo-gi interrupts. But by the third attempt, she is able to ask out Tae-wan, who agrees. Ji-yu soon after has her second date with Hyo-gi and, although the two try to be discreet about it, Do-hyeong gets a glimpse of them as they leave the premises. On the date, the two talk more about Yun-seul. Meanwhile, Yun-seul enjoys a date with Tae-wan where you can see the sparks flying between the two. Along with flirting and some deep conversations, they also come clean about their unsure feelings about their respective partners.

We see some tension around Hye-yeon at the house and, later, she even ends up crying while on a video call with her parents. After all the contestants are back from their respective dates, we see Hyo-gi lurking around Tae-wan to know about his date with Yun-seul but, does not obtain enough. But, another major thing that takes place in the later half of the episode is the conversation shared between Do-hyeong and Ji-yu, where we not only find both people on the same page but, see how much they have changed to be more expressive and rational in their behaviour and through their words.

The following day which is two days away from the final selection day, all the contestants receive a text about if they want to go on a date with their partner or not and also they are not supposed to discuss it. Everyone responds yes and Do-hyeong seems particularly elated. However, Ji-yu does not look so happy to him, he questions her and what started as a small complaint stretches over a span of time, only for Ji-yu to declare that they will not be going on a date altogether.

Summing Up: Change Days Season 2 Episode 14

Expression becomes the core of Change Days Season 2 Episode 14. We see this statement be especially true for Yu-seul, Ji-yu and Do-hyeong. All these contestants try to be expressive and honest with their words but, seems like honesty is just the way to receive a backfire here. The future for most of the couples, except Hui-yeon and Jeong-hun, seem uncertain at this point, given how quickly some fights escalate among them.
