Castaway Diva brought us the adventurous journey of a woman who never forgot her dream to be a singer while trapped on an island and made sure she achieved it despite her age. A talent that shines like no other, Seo Mok-ha showed us that dreams need a little hard work and they will surely come true.
Castaway Diva (무인도의 디바) is a Korean rom-com that tells the story of a woman stranded on an island for 15 years and how she comes back into society and tries to pursue her dream to be an idol. Directed by Oh Choong-hwan, the drama stars Park Eun-bin, Kim Hyo-jin, Chae Jong-hyeop, Cha Hak-yeon, Kim Joo-heon, and Lee Re, alongside other cast members.
Last weekend we saw a twist in the show as the Kang family finally needs to face their past while Mok-ha had to separate from them. As Bo-geol once again paves the road for Mok-ha’s happiness, their untold love creates a beautiful feeling in our hearts that we just can’t forget. Meanwhile, Seo-jun has already prepared to disappoint Ran-joo once again and there is no doubt that he is the second most hated after Bong-wan.

Castaway Diva Season Finale: What to Expect?
Castaway Diva episode 10 ends with the separation between the Kang family and Mok-ha after their identity theft case brings chaos into their lives. The Kang family begin to face investigation by the police while Mok-ha begins to record her debut album wholeheartedly, just like Ran-joo wanted.

However, Mok-ha too gets caught up in a scandal right before she can release her album and while Ran-joo advice to let her take all the blame, Mok-ha is not ready to see her make this sacrifice. Now, the two need to prepare to face this vast sea in front of them and swim like it’s their first time.
The upcoming finale weekend with see a lot happening in terms of the relationship between Ran-joo and Mok-ha as they face Seo-jun while the Kang family will see a bunch of ups and downs as well. But who will turn into the final winner? Let’s take a look at the major events we expect to see.
Seo Mok-ha
Having faced all kinds of trials and tribulations, it is obvious that Mok-ha will finally get what she has been dreaming about her whole life. With Ran-joo’s help, she finally releases her album while making sure to not let go of the people who brought her here. However, the question remains if she would continue on this path or stop after her first success.
Meanwhile, we can see that she would finally get the person she has loved all this time and make sure that Ran-joo gets what she deserves. The key to bringing her idol happiness lies in the key given to her by Ran-joo’s mother and in Ran-joo’s name. With this, we will see Mok-ha’s magic for the last time as she finds happiness for herself and those around her.
Yoon Ran-joo
After years of facing heartbreaking betrayals from those near her and even her fans, Ran-joo finally gets Mok-ha’s unconditional love and support that brings her everything she wants. The finale might show Ran-joo getting her voice back and performing for 60 years on stage as told by the fortune teller.
Ran-joo will once again face Seo-jun’s betrayal and hopefully, we find out if he has been doing all this due to his greed or for another reason. Also, this time would be different as Mok-ha is definitely not one to leave her stranded after the hard work Ran-joo’s has put in her.

Jung Ki-ho
Bo-geol aka Ki-ho is now facing his biggest fear yet and no one knows the real monster his biological father is more than him as he was the one who spent his days with him alone. Now, he has to make sure he gets himself and his family out of this and the road to this fight begins with him getting back his real identity.
This can also be why Ran-joo tells Mok-ha to let go of the Kang family as they wouldn’t be the Kang family for long. Thus, Mok-ha would get to focus on her career while also getting the happiness she deserves. Ki-ho must have known this somewhere too as he gives his all to make sure his family is finally free of everything that has been holding him back from Mok-ha.
Bong-wan and Seo-jun
Coming to the antagonists who’ve made the lives of those dear to Mok-ha miserable, they are surely to finally get what they deserve. Bong-wan will finally be proven guilty of all that he had done to Ki-ho and his family which would ultimately give them the freedom that they deserve.
Meanwhile, Seo-jun would either show a change in his character or end up losing RJ Entertainment to the person it belongs to. Let us all agree that Seo-jun deserves this after pushing Ran-joo to such an extent and showing her dreams that he would never fulfil.
Altogether, these are the major expectations we hold from this finale weekend that will bring an end to Mok-ha’s journey that couldn’t have been more adventurous.
