Blue Lock Episode 13 Preview: When, Where and How to Watch!

Blue Lock Episode 13 is the thirteenth episode of one of the most popular anime of this year. Blue Lock is a sports anime directed by Tetsuaki Watanabe and Hisashi Toujima and is based on an original manga written by Muneyuki Kaneshiro and illustrated by Yuusuke Nomura. The series is being animated by Studio 8bit.

The show follows Yoichi Isagi, a talented but unrefined striker who gets the opportunity of a lifetime after being invited to compete for and inside the Blue Lock, where Japan’s most talented football strikers have all been gathered to compete against each other. Yoichi might not be the strongest, fastest, sturdiest, or most technically gifted out of all the candidates gathered, but he still has a skill that helps him keep up with the others.

The first selection process saw the strikers compete against each other in teams of 11, just as a standard football match would be. After learning about each others’ strengths and abilities, Yoichi and his teammates, including Bachira, Chigiri, and Kunigami, were successful in clearing the first selection. However, a lot of football is still left to play, and a whole bunch of players are still left to defeat!

Yoichi, Bachira, and Nagi have officially challenged the top-ranked team in this challenge, as you knew they would. We still haven’t seen what the other time can do, but we do know that the main trio is filled with exceptional strikers and is remarkably full of potential. The selection process is a little long-winded but can lead to some great comebacks from the losing team, which are always great to watch. It will be interesting to see what the characters do in a scenario like this.

Blue Lock Episode 13 Characters

We got introduced to three new ones in the previous episode, which is a surprise for this point in the show. Still, at least one of them, Rin Itoshi, has proven to be interesting so far. The other two seem to have just one aspect to their personalities, but we’ll learn more about them as the games between the trios commence. Chigiri and Kunigami are going to play a big role in this section, depending on how the first match goes.
