American actor and producer Dwayne Johnson(Rampage, Fast and the Furious) appeared in an official Star Sports T20I World Cup campaign to highlight the cricket rivalry between India and Pakistan. The actor conveyed the emotions related to the epic encounter as part of his promotion events related to the upcoming DC film Black Adam.
The DC project is one of the most anticipated films of the year and has a stellar cast of Dwayne Johnson, Sarah Shahi, Viola Davis, and Pierce Brosnan. Moreover, the film is directed by Jaume Collet-Serra and written by Sohrab Noshirvani, Adam Sztykiel, Rory Haines.

The video features the former WWE star using his deep tone of voice to highlight the importance of an India Vs Pakistan Match. The Rock uses terms like “It’s not just a cricket match” to raise the stakes of the game. He also mentions the fact the world stands still when such a high-intensity cricket match is played.
The twenty seconds clips also feature montages from the respective captains of both the national teams- Rohit Sharma and Babar Azam. Along with the star batsman Virat Kohli. The flags of each country can be seen towards the end of the clip, as an indication of pride and valour.

Notably, the last matches between these two teams were played in the Asia Cup League Stages. Out of which, the first one was in the favour of Team India, while the second one resulted in the victory of Pakistan.
Now, the fans of the game are in for a treat, as they will witness a third India Vs Pakistan game in a single year. Moreover, there is also a chance for a fourth game if the two team clash against each other in the finale.
