Big Mouth Episode 5 Best Moments
Big Mouth episode 5 has some great moments for us to mull over. It’s especially great for fans of Chang-ho because he finally wins one and cements his position in prison. Plus, him threatening his adversaries to stay away from his wife is peak ‘oppa’ behaviour, and we are here for it. So, here are the best moments from the episode:
1. When Chang-ho wins against Ji-hoon and the entire prison erupts into applause

We have been waiting for this moment for 4 episodes now. Seeing this sweet and naive lawyer who is really too good to be true getting beaten up and almost dying was too much of a heartbreak for us not to get a win in return. And, boy, does that come to us! Not only does Chang-ho miraculously get the names right, but he also has the sassiest attitude in front of Ji-hoon and his henchmen. Oh, and did we mention the look on his face when he bought Yoon-gab? Priceless!
Thus, when the entire prison celebrates his win and their betting win, we couldn’t have been happier.
2. Mi-ho tells the bullying nurses off

Ok, this is a small scene and not very impactful per se, but man, did it make me laugh when Mi-ho, after being bullied by all the nurses, just casually mentions that she’s going to get her hair done. The look on everyone’s faces is priceless and talks about how good she is at handling unnecessary bullying coming her way.
3. Mi-ho tells Ji-hoon off

Not only does our girl stand up to bullies in the workplace, but she also has the authority to stand up to Ji-hoon, who calls for a meeting to bully her about her husband and Jae-young’s papers. She also refuses to believe the antagonist when he says that Chang-ho is the Big Mouse and, furthermore, refuses to hand over the papers since it’s important to have them to catch Jae-young’s killers and help her husband.

4. Chang-ho shows Do-ha what he is made of

Do-ha has been quite wishy-washy over the last 5 episodes, right? First off, he brought our protagonist into this mess and then just left him to rot in prison until it suited his needs. on the other hand, he tackled Ji-hoon to the sink in a restaurant when the latter got a bit too cocky. So, where does our mayor stand?
Thus, when Do-ha realises that he is losing his grip on the scapegoat, he goes to threaten Chang-ho and asks him what he is after and whether Mi-ho knows about his true identity. Chang-ho was calm until this point, but he’s not taking dragging his wife into this lying down. Thus, in the scariest way possible, Chang-ho tells him to let him think about his wife – Do-ha doesn’t need to meddle in his private affairs.
5. At another mention of Mi-ho, Chang-ho shows Ji-hoon his place

This was such a thrilling moment for the audience. No one knows how but when Ji-hoon threatens Chang-ho with Mi-ho and how he can harm out outside the prison, he immediately gets a call from his own wife, who tells him that she got white chrysanthemums delivered to her. At first, Ji-hoon doesn’t understand what’s going on, but when realisation slowly dawns on him, the colour drains from his face.
Chang-ho simply mentions that if he tries to harm his wife, Ji-hoon will get the worst gift delivered to him.
Well, Chang-ho is proving to be quite the character and Big Mouth episode 6 promises a new look and some more thrills waiting for our protagonists!
Check out the series on Disney+ and on MBC.
