Previously known as King Of Savvy,  Big Bet (카지노) is an original Disney+ South Korean drama series directed by Nam Ki-hoon, and Kang Yoon-sung (known for helming The Outlaws (2017)), who is also stepping in as these screenwriter. The series stars Choi Min-sik as Cha Moo-sik, Son Suk-ku as Oh Seung-hoon and Lee Dong-hwi as Jeong-pal in the lead roles, alongside others.

The action and crime-driven plot of the series puts us right in the midst of the cut-throat environment of casinos, with Cha Moo-sik reigning high on the charts and everyone fearing him in the Philippines. However, things take a turn when he gets entangled in a murder case and is compelled to play the biggest bet for his life to win the “fierce game of survival”.

Big Bet Season 2 Cast

Led by Choi Min-sik as Cha Moo-sik, Son Suk-ku as Oh Seung-hoon and Lee Dong-hwi as Jeong-pal as the main characters, the k-drama also stars Lee Kyu-hyung, Heo Sung-tae, Kim Joo-ryoung, Kim Roi-ha, Jin Seon-kyu, Lee Hye-young, and Ryu Hyun-kyung alongside others.

The second season of the Korean drama series will also have 8 episodes, with the first three episodes releasing all together on February 15, 2023, i.e. Wednesday. Each subsequent episode will be released on a weekly basis.

The series will be available to watch exclusively on Disney+ in some territories and on Hulu in the United States.

The series will start streaming from February 15, 2023, to March 22, 2023. Episodes 4 will release on February 22 at 1:30 PM IST.

Big Bet Season 2 Episode 4 Prediction

The upcoming episode will possibly lead us back to the first few moments of the series all together, as following Min Seok-jun’s murder, Moo-sik will be incriminated for the same. With Mark and Seung-hoon now on the same page, we may also see them teaming up more to crack the case, thus, finally resolving the mystery overshadowing So-jung and Philip’s murder. ‘Big Boss’ Daniel has been roped into the scenes of the new season as well, and the next episode may bring out more of them being shared between him and Moo-sik, shedding light on the nature of their business relationship.

In the last episode, we saw Jung-pal entrapped by problems of his own design as he falls prey to a huge debt of 80 million pesos. Moo-sik helps pull him out of this mess, while also teaching him a lesson needed for his welfare. The Korean consul, Yoon-gi, Chil-gu and Young-hee’s mutual dislike of some characters leads to enlisting the Mayor’s assistance in Min Seok-jun’s murder, a bloody sighting that closes the third entry of the new season.

Episodes 4 will stream on Disney+ Hotstar on February 22, 2023.
