Aseq Trailer: Jio Cinema to Spook Us With Jinn Horror in Sonnalli Seygall and Vardhan Puri Starrer

A few hours ago, Jio Cinema dropped the Aseq Trailer on YouTube. It’s a horror film directed by Sarin Momin. The film stars Sonnalli Seygall, Vardhan Puri, Siddhant Kapoor, Julian Gillard, Adi Chugh, Elena Fernandes and Emma Kaler. Sarim has also penned the screenplay.

In the recently released Aseq Trailer, the narrator talks about the different kinds of horror and beliefs people have. Whether it’s the dead souls in the past or lizards, he says humans often see them badly. The narrator points out that it’s not these other beings but people who are a big problem.

The narrator then tells us that there are different types of Jinn, and one of them is called ‘Aseq’ (ashiq). When it gets obsessed with a person, this particular jinn is hard to get rid of. As the narration goes on, we see the characters of Sonnalii, Vardhan, Siddhanth and others dealing with the horrors in their life.

From the trailer, it is hinted that the movie will also focus on friendships and romantic relationships. But the moment the Jinn enters their life, things go wrong. But who is this Jinn, exactly? We will find out the same when the movie releases. The trailer has only a few spooky scenes. One can only hope that the movie has good creepy and jumpscare sequences.
